The Woodlawn Bar and Lounge is owned and operated by Birmingham firefighter Corey Whatley and his team, Quincy Coleman and Byron Watkins. The trio met while working for the city and have been best friends and now business partners ever since.
“It’s always been my main goal to have my own cigar lounge, but we wanted to start off with a bar first and open a cigar lounge once our brand is established. The three of us are entrepreneurs, so this is an opportunity for us to work together and give back to the community.”
