Shwanda Shallow is a work-life integration coach who helps working women define their own success on their own terms. She coaches entrepreneurial and professional women on how to align their professional and personal ideals, remove their internal blocks, and finally go after their dreams to have a fulfilling career, thriving family, and strong sense of self. Having spent 17 years in corporate climbing the career ladder, she knows exactly what it takes for strong, ambitious women to find balance. As a wife and working mother herself, she knows working women want more than just to be balanced; they want to be fulfilled.
Shwanda is a consultant for Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion promoting gender and race equality. Working mothers face serious challenges when starting a family or taking care of their family while building a career. Black people and other people of color continue to struggle with institutional racism constantly, despite the efforts of organizations to establish more inclusive diverse environments. She advises from experience and understands the intrinsic link between inequality and ineffective business cultures that impact both people and profit. Through insights and strategies, she guides institutions into new ways of thinking and being that expand and diversify the talents of all, allowing the companies she serves to accelerate growth and reach wider markets.
