• Design and Facilitate Customized Professional Development Workshops, Lunch & Learn Events, and Business Retreats for commercial, nonprofit, or government organizations focusing on the development and refinement of skills necessary to produce effective leaders and proficient employees. Workshop subjects include, but are not limited to, training related to Strengthening Communication and Interpersonal Skills; Adaptability Skills; Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills; Developing Leaders within the Organizations; and Establishing a Strong Business Team (including Personality Studies).

• Design and Facilitate Customized training that will assist Small Business Owners in instituting greater excellence through Workshops, Lunch & Learn Events, Mastermind Groups, or retreats related to developing outstanding Customer Service Skills and Networking Practices that build business relationships and promote new business opportunities; Developing Leaders within your Organizations; Establishing a Strong Business Team (including Personality Studies; and Steps to Implementing a Transitional/Operational Succession Plan.

• Provide Individual and/or Group Professional Coaching services to coincide with tailored Leadership, Professional, and/or Personal Development Programs; thus, promoting going beyond the plateau of career and personal achievement.

• Provide keynote speakers related to Leadership, Professional, or Personal Development for a government sponsored, commercial, or non-profit event.
