As the Head Cheerleader at Ascent Small Business Promotion, LLC, Tisha builds entrepreneurial confidence; shares financial and mental preparation techniques necessary to shift you from employee to employer, and creates higher visibility for entrepreneurs who want to launch a start-up or grow into new, unexplored market niches and communities.

Tisha is a grant writer, civil rights advocate and community activist in the Greater Detroit area. Her interests include: family-time first; spreading the Good News; all things Chick-fil-A; golfing; and nostalgic candy.

Tisha is married to Ken Hammond, of KHam Photo Creations. Together they are the proud parents of five. She is a Lifetime Member of the Coppin State University (HBCU) Alumni Association; Board Member at Operation Drive; Baker College; and Davis Aerospace Technical High School; a Youth Leader and Deaconess in Second Baptist Church of Detroit; and daughter to an amazing set of parents.
