Annie Allen is founder, owner, and president of iSeek Solutions, Inc. (iSeek), a Business Management Consulting Company incorporated in July of 2007. iSeek partners with clients, providing consulting services custom designed to improve their ability to identify and achieve transformational goals and objectives, whether strategic, tactical or operational.
iSeek uses an innovative approach to align business and technology initiatives and architect customer-focused solutions that drive customer value.
In 2009, iSeek was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ) in the category Best Minority-Owned Businesses: Small Companies. The BBJ also recognized Annie as one of Who’s Who in Black Birmingham Professionals and Who’s Who in Banking & Finance.
Prior to creating iSeek, Annie held executive leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies. As a corporate executive Annie gained the discipline, experience, and business acumen necessary to help individuals and teams achieve extraordinary results. Annie capitalizes on her substantial business and technology experience, highly skilled and motivated colleagues, and partnerships to maximize and sustain success for iSeek clients.
Annie actively participates in the local technology ecosystem. She is a member of TechBirmingham and was recently selected to serve on TechBirmingham’s Board of Directors. She serves on the Advisory Council for INTERFACE Alabama. INTERFACE is one of the nation’s preeminent series of symposiums focused on information security, IT infrastructure and communications.
Annie is passionate about community service and committed to supporting the Birmingham area by using technology to help alleviate poverty and homelessness. She demonstrates that passion as a member of TechBridge’s Alabama Outreach Committee. TechBridge is a nonprofit that drives positive community impact by bringing affordable business and technology expertise to other nonprofits.
Annie has a BBA from Faulkner University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a graduate of Franklin Covey’s Executive Leadership Program and Birmingham’s Chamber of Commerce Project Corporate Leadership.
